Once Upon a Potato is a unique, mobile restaurant that serves loaded potatoes as entrees and delicious potato snacks and dessert items that are customizable by the consumer. We are dedicated to offering a delicious, creative, global menu for paying customers, as well as serving our community by feeding the homeless with a food truck experience.
