Kevin earned his Real Estate license in 2018 while simultaneously serving his country in the United States Air Force with multiple oversea’s tours. These experiences instilled the core beliefs of the Air Force, which are consistently exemplified in his real estate career; Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence In All We Do. He demonstrates these principles daily, in every transaction for every client.
He bought his first home at the age of 22 which helped ignite his passion for Real Estate. He remembers the challenges he faced during that trying time, and wants to ensure his clients do not face the same frustrations that so many home buyers experience today. This was also the first of many homes Kevin personally remodeled before becoming officially licensed in 2018 as a home improvement contractor. Kevin has lived in Maryland for the past 9 years and consistently consults with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates; this experience makes him effective in studying and evaluating real estate property and/or remodeling projects for residential use.
Having earned his degree in Communications, he has great communication skills and works very well with others. He strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun into every real estate transaction. He provides excellent customer service by applying an unparalleled work ethic, quality of service to build relationships with clients and the ability to maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
