Third Annual Adults Only Halloween Party at Stratosphere Social
Deven's Deals is throwing its Annual Halloween party at Stratosphere Social Sat 10/19 8pm-12am! This event is Adult Only, light appetizers will be served, and a Costume Contest will be between 9:30-10pm!
A percentage of ticket sales will be going towards Sykesville Raiders Football and Cheer! There will also be an in person silent auction!!! 100% of the proceeds from this auction will go towards the charities!!
General Admission will be $44/person (EARLY BIRD until 09/01) and includes the private indoor backyard (3,500 sq ft.) with games, light appetizers*, non-alcoholic beverage station (Tea, Water and Soda), professional photography, and the return of DJ Battery for music and dancing!!
VIP Tickets will be $78/person (EARLY BIRD ends 09/01) and include all of the above PLUS OPEN BAR - Beer, Wine and House Liquors**
Costumes encouraged but not required.

**Standard Open Bar: Beer, Wine and House Liquors: 2.5 hours (8pm-10:30pm). IDs will be checked upon arrival and VIPs must wear wrist band at all times.

By procuring admission to this occasion, attendees hereby consent to the subsequent terms and conditions, hereinbelow delineated.
1. *Age Verification:* Guests must be of legal drinking age to attend the party and consume alcohol. IDs will be checked at the door and may be checked again by a TIPS certified bartender employed by Stratosphere Social.
2. *Personal Responsibility:* Guests are responsible for their own actions and behavior while under the influence of alcohol.
3. *Limitations on Service:* Deven’s Deals LLC. reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest displaying signs of intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
4. *Non-Transferable:* Alcoholic beverages are for the consumption of the attendees only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
5. *Liability Waiver:* Attendees waive any claims against Deven’s Deals LLC. for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the event.
6. *Designated Drivers:* The Deven’s Deals LLC. encourages guests to arrange for designated drivers or alternative transportation if they plan to drink.
7. *Indemnification:* Attendees agree to indemnify and hold Deven’s Deals LLC. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation at the event.
8. *Photography and Recording:* By attending the event, guests grant Deven’s Deals LLC. permission to use any photographs or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
9. *Emergency Medical Attention:* Deven’s Deals LLC. is not responsible for providing medical attention, but will assist in contacting medical professionals if needed.
10. *Lost or Stolen Items:* Deven’s Deals LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
11. *No Refunds* - All payments are non-refundable and shall not be subject to reimbursement.
