Join us for the Run for Rescues 5K, a special event supporting Safe Haven Equine Warriors (SHEW), a nonprofit committed to saving horses from life-threatening situations like abuse and neglect as well as providing resources for horse owners in crisis. Every step you take helps fund SHEW's critical mission of rescuing and rehabilitating horses as well as supporting programs for children, veterans, and neurodiverse teens.
Timed by Eldersburg Rogue Runners (ERR), this 5k guarantees a unique horseshoe finisher's medal for all participants who register by October 31, 2024. Not only will you be running for a good cause, but you’ll also learn more about SHEW’s lifesaving efforts and programs for both horses and humans.
